Later, it rose to its current peak position of 19. In Canada, the song reached number 14 on the Canadian Hot 100 for the week ending October 26, 2024. "I Love You, I'm Sorry" peaked at number 4 on the UK Singles Chart. Elsewhere, the song reached number-one in Ireland and charted in the top 20 in several countries, including New Zealand, and Australia.
